Our team of expert free divers hand–harvest wild pāua of a rare quality, taste and purity, from the nutrient rich waters off the rugged and remote New Zealand coastline.
Each pack contains one whole, blast-frozen pāua (shell included).
Pāua weight averages 110g-150g.
