Snapper’s semi-firm flesh, low oil content and coarse flakes makes it an excellent choice for most cooking methods.
Pack contains your choice of either 500g or 1kg blast-frozen snapper fillets. All fillets are skinned and boned for your convenience. Once thawed we recommend eating your fish within three days. One 500g pack typically feeds a family of four.
