A creamy coconut based curry with NZ Kumukumu (Spotted Gurnard), NZ Kumara, aromatic spices and a hint of chilli.
Serving suggestions
The creamy coconut based curry sauce has been lovingly created using the finest of ingredients. For added creaminess, 2-3 tablespoons of dairy or coconut cream can be added. Heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and chilli flakes or slices.
Best accompanied with a grilled Naan bread, Roti or crispy Poppadoms. Alternatively, try serving on a baked Kumara, steamed Basmati rice or simply on its own with a few steamed vegetables.
