This rice dish is best accompanied with a fresh crisp green salad or steamed green peas and broccoli. Heat and serve with plenty of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and fresh lemon wedges.
Alternatively, serve with garlic pizza bread, fresh steamed broccolini, wilted spinach, add fresh steamed seasoned mussels and plenty of freshly ground black pepper to finish.
