Our Mirror dory are caught mostly off the Eastern coast of New Zealand.
Mirror dory is a silver flat fish, and the flesh tends to be white and opaque. It has the same tenderness and sweetness as John Dory, with similar dot in the middle of the skin, which makes it part of the dory family.
Pack contains 500g blast frozen Mirror dory fillets, which seals in the quality and freshness. All fillets are skinned and boned for your convenience. Once thawed we recommend eating your fish within three days. One 500g pack typically feeds a family of four.
