Our abalone farm is supplied with some of the highest quality ocean seawater in the world through a deep-water intake and has been certified by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council as sustainable and responsibly farmed.
Each 1kg pack contains a selection of whole, blast-frozen in-shell blue abalone. Each blue abalone is approximately 10cm in length.
